These are the actual locks that we use on our doors. They’re made by very reputable companies that have been going for years and we have no problems with them at all. They also look great on period doors.

Yale 77 Traditional Night Latch Locks

The Yale P-77 Traditional looks like it’s supposed to be on a Victorian or 1930s front door.

TOOLS & HARDWARE

Over the years we’ve been through a fair few hand tools and power tools but some last longer and do the job better than others. If you have any questions about tools or materials comment below and I’ll answer them, then the thread can be seen by everyone, or get in touch via the contact form.
